Shipping Information
Please allow up to 12 days for bike shipments. For parts and accessories, 4-10 days.
Return Policy
You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from us before attempting to send any product back to us. If you have not done so, the item will be refused.
Refund Policy
Refunds for parts and accessory orders is at our discretion. We connect and test all our bikes before they ship, so there is no refund on bicycles. If we arrange to drop ship a bike to you, please open the carton and inspect your bike for shipping damage prior to signing your receipt.
Order Cancellation on Bikes
Orders may be cancelled up to the time they are picked-up by a shipping company truck. After your item has shipped, you may not cancel an order. Prior to shipping, you must call and speak with a staff member. Orders cannot be cancelled via e-mail, voicemail or text messages, only by phone with a live communication.
